I have held an idea about this kind of thing for many years, but I have not really taken my idea seriously. Until recently. I hope these little inserts reach many people from week to week, and more importantly, effect lives in a positive way. Have a look and spend a little bit of time on yourself.
Do you ever take a moment and stop to think about with what it is that we fill our minds?
Or are you afraid to know what this exercise, in you, finds?
Remember the days first learning of programming, garbage in would be equal to garbage out.
And shouldn’t we wonder about the years of campaigns promoting fear, dependence, and so much doubt?
Then there has been and continues to be, this little holy book so full of truth and the very things we need.
I also have struggled, but I have found that it’s hard not to feel better after spending some time to sit and read.
If the information, entertainment, music, and news you feast upon leaves down or empty, then maybe it’s time to change up the mental diet. Upgrade the input into your mind. It’s all within your grasp. Take baby steps if it helps, but as Pastor Merritt says, …”there is nothing wrong with being a baby, there’s something wrong with staying one…”
We race around and spend so much time keeping up with the schedule that we created. Often times, we let outside forces dictate our time to the point that it affects our mindset. So, today, this week at least, sit down and take some time to get yourself into a better space. I am pretty sure that this would help. Check it out. Anyways, if you can binge watch action, drama and other’s heartache that leaves you no better than when you started, try this out. This is great! Enjoy.
