About the Author

Family Man
I am a husband and a father. I am a son. I am working everyday to become a much better man of God.
My wife is tremendous, generous, and thoughtful. She never ceases to amaze me while proving day after day to be my biggest fan.
Nothing has given me more joy than raising six wonderful children, while working to repair, sustain, and redefine relationships. New and old.
God worked out several dynamics that led me to be fortunate enough to become a stay-at-home Dad with our twins. Without a doubt a blessed decade plus.
Keeping Busy
I drive full-time delivering auto parts for Grappone, a family owned business that started in November, 1924. Also, I like to point out that Grappone opened the same month that the Boston Bruins signed to join the NHL. In addition, I also work at writing, taking pictures, and speaking.
For many, many years I worked as a baseball coach/instructor and after that, as a part-time delivery driver.
Before all of that I spent more than 20 years having successful stints, as the world might define it, in sales, management, services, and retail.
Ministry
I am passionate about serving God, commitments that my kids make, the outdoors, hockey, and baseball.
I am thankful for the privilege provided me by being born in the greatest country on the planet.
Mistakes I have made have altered the course of my life, still, I am blessed. I am eternally grateful for a God that continues to forgive daily, even though He sent His Son to pay our price 2,000 years ago.
All things considered, I have come to enjoy writing. I write about what I observe, what I live through, whether it’s the majesty of our Creator as well as the ideas I turn over in my mind. Surprisingly, it has become a true joy in my life.
Author of Generation Jumping: Losing Those Who Are Not Lost.
As a non-Red Sox fan it did seem fitting that the Babe’s birthplace saw the demise of the Red Sox. Gonzalez complaining about playing Sunday night games reminded me of the “THE ROCKET” complaining about carrying his own bags. Who knows maybe the Rays will show the way for the Sox to re-tool. Jennings vs. Crawford. Damon showing the way again. Shields vs. Beckett, Hellikson vs. Lester, Price vs. anyone. Tito looks to be gone because of the country club atmosphere just like the 50’s and 60’s Sox. Steve on his way to play in the Northeast 10 Golf tournament wish him luck.
Great Job Steve!
