Are all of the days this long? I'm tired to the point that my body wants to tap out. Can't I just sit here with my thoughts for a while longer? Must we always sleep? Right now it's quiet. There are no additional requirements. Peace sits next to me and it too, is at ease. Please let this last. Sleep, I need badly, but if only not to interrupt the balance of perpetual thought. A soundtrack Continue Reading...

Jingle Bells
This morning, yes, April 11th, the twins were playing on the floor near me and they broke out in song. Today's song was a lengthy, 3-year old inspired, rendition of the Spring Classic, Jingle Bells. Theodore and Jacqueline were equally involved in this production and it was quite funny, while a good eight minutes long. For today, I am thankful for the band, their talents, the message they share, and the attention to Continue Reading...

See, in December of 2000 when I first saw TSO in concert I was in the early stages of an internal battle that I hope I never see the Continue Reading...
The First Time
Upon seeing the Winter 2011 Tour visit Manchester this year, I have spent a lot of time, maybe too much time, reflecting on my experiences with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. I can't help but return to the first time I saw them. It was only their 2nd tour at the time and I couldn't wait to go see them live. I have copied a list of the 2000 Tour stops from the Trans-Siberian Orchestra's website. You Continue Reading...
