Earlier this morning I went out to clean up the driveway. It was 12°F and I needed to rearrange some of the 15 1/2" inches of fresh snow that fell yesterday. It only took a little more than two hours. I did snowblow for more than 1 mile, and I'll have to do some more work on it later. But the cars are cleared and the driveway is driveable, more or less. 24 Hours In February Thursday I was at my Mom and Dad's house and I was struck by the greenery of the yard, specifically because it was so green, on February 4th here in New Hampshire. Sunny, snow, rain, sleet shower
All at once the snow starting falling. Sleet was bouncing off of the side of the house. We could see it and hear it. Drops of rain were mixed in. Then the sun poked through, casting shadows and making for an interesting weather combination.
